Blending dance, fitness, flexibility, Pilates, and mobility, ChargedUp.Mvmt focuses on developing strength, control, flexibility, and confidence. It’s not just about working out, but about moving with intention, improving how your body performs, and building a stronger connection to it.

ChargedUp.Mvmt offers dance fitness, mobility and flexibility training, Pilates-based sessions, dance classes, 1–1 coaching, and personal training. All delivered with a focus on quality movement, real results, and a strong sense of community.

This class is designed for all fitness levels, offering an engaging cardio session followed by deep, restorative stretching aimed to enhance flexibility and release tension. STRENGTH & FLEX
An absolute beginners class, working towards achieving your right & left front split.
Working on hamstring & quadricep flexibility as well as strengthening them.
Improving flexibility in the hip flexors muscles, adductors, glutes. Giving you insight on how to achieve a front split.
