Dance Fitness
Our dance fitness class incorporate a combination of high and low-impact movements accompanied by Soca music.This is then followed by deep and relaxing stretches, which is beginner friendly. Stretching does not only improve your flexibility but, it advocates to release any tension in your body and relax your mind.

Splits Training
If your aim is to achieve the splits then this 1-2-1 training is for you. Designing a programme tailored specially you to achieve your splits ! We will work on hamstring & quadricep flexibility as well as strengthening them. Improving flexibility in the hip flexors, hamstrings, hip adductor and glutes. Helping you to gain insight on how to achieve a front split.

Private bookings
Tailored experience for you and your people. Whether you’re booking for a celebration, team session, or just want to move together, each class is designed to match your group’s energy, level, and goals. Choose from Dance Fit, Flexibility & Mobility, or Pilates. Expect a seamless experience, personalised attention within the group, and a session that leaves everyone feeling energised, connected, and elevated.

PT and online coaching
Coaching is designed to support you beyond your sessions, giving you the structure, guidance, and accountability needed to see real progress.
