21- Day Splits Training


Road to getting your split down! (MUST BE LESS THAN 6 INCHES AWAY FROM THE GROUND TO BOOK)


1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in fitness, dance, flexibility, and mobility sessions involves physical activity and carries potential risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, fatigue, or physical strain. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that I may sustain as a result of participation in any activities hosted by ChargedUp.Mvmt. 2. Medical Clearance I confirm that I am physically able to participate in exercise and have either obtained clearance from a medical professional or have chosen to take part at my own risk. I will inform the instructor of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before the session begins. 3. Release of Liability I release, waive, and hold harmless ChargedUp.Mvmt, its instructors, affiliates, and venue partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to injury, loss, or damages sustained during or after participation in any class or event. 4. Media Consent I understand that photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. I grant ChargedUp.Mvmt the right to use my image, likeness, and recordings in all media formats including social media, website, printed materials, and other promotional platforms. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I agree to inform the instructor before the session begins. 5. Voluntary Participation I understand that participation in any ChargedUp.Mvmt activity is entirely voluntary, and I may withdraw or opt out at any time. 6. No Expectation of Compensation I understand that by consenting to media use, I will not receive any payment or royalty for the use of my image or recordings.
